Eligibility Criteria: Students pursuing full time/regular courses (not correspondence/distance/online mode) in these streams & studying in Schools / Colleges / Institutions / Universities recognized by MCI / AICTE / State Education Boards / State Govt. / ICSE / ISC / CBSE / Central Govt. / Association of Indian universities, shall be eligible to apply for the different streams as under :
1. 10+/ITI :
(For 10+) – Bonafide students (full time / regular) in 11th standard / Ist Year of Intermediate course or equivalent course in 2013-14 are eligible to apply.
(For ITI) - Bonafide students (full time / regular) in 1st year of 2 years ITI course in 2013-14 are eligible to apply.
2. Engineering & MBBS : Bonafide students (full time/regular) in the first year of Engineering/MBBS degree courses in 2013-14 (minimum 4 years course duration) are eligible to apply.
3. MBA : Bonafide students (full time/regular) in the first year of 2 years post graduate course in Business Administration/Management in 2013-14 are eligible to apply.
The marks obtained in the qualifying examination making the students eligible to seek admission in the respective first year of these courses will be considered for selection. Minimum eligibility percentage of marks required from the students of various categories in qualifying examination is given in the table.
Percentage of marks obtained in qualifying examination shall be calculated on total aggregate marks of all subjects. In case of Graduates, percentage of marks obtained shall be calculated on total aggregate of marks of all subjects for all the academic years of graduation.
Normalization of marks for all courses shall be done by using percentile method so as to rationalize the variation of marks provided by different Boards and Universities/Institutions
Age Limitations:

The age of Job aspirants must be 15 years to 30 years.

Age Relaxation will be applied as per government rules and
regulations.
Income of Family: Candidates who are going to
apply their Guardian’s annual income must not exceed Rs. 1, 50,000/-.
Preference will be given to those who family income per annum is Rs. 60,000/-.
Way of Selection for Scholarship 2014-2015: Selection
will be based on the merit-cum-means basis.

Nest Scholarship 2014 Test
Nest Scholarship 2014: (NEST) Nationwide Education and Scholarship Test for Only Science Stream Students is conducted by the S.U. Foundation of India (SUFI) to offer them scholarship. (N.E.S.T) is a co-operative and collaborative effort to help out students who have commitment and determination and who display signs of excellence in their studies.
With NEST initiative, it is tried to allow the exceptionally gifted and promising students to pursue their studies tension-free and without the worries of financial constraints. However, to achieve their goal, they need to undergo the standard test of NEST every year. Thus, if they perform to a certain level of excellence in the NEST, they are not only accorded with accolades and recognition by awarding them Appreciation Certificates by the hands of a renowned person of knowledge, art or enterprise, but they are also given Cash Awards of substantial amount. The main purpose of NEST is to inspire, encourage, help and guide students to perform better in their academics.
Application Form are invited from bonafide degree students of science, engineering and medical course to award at least 20 scholarship worth Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 50,000/- each based on an online test on 25th January, 2014.

Note: Certificates of Appreciation will be issued to all the candidates, who will be scored above 40% aggregate of all the five sections of the test.
